What are the payment options?
We accept payments from all of the major debit and credit card providers as outlined below. Your security is extremely important and please rest assured that your details are safe with us.
You may be prompted for extra security including 3D Secure which is an additional measure for online credit and debit transactions, to protect you from any fraud attempts. This is dependent on your bank issuer and may require you to enter a password or get a security code via email or phone.
To add your card details, just add them at checkout. When you come to pay for your order, you can select one of your saved payment methods to pay for your order.
You can also pay for an order using Apple Pay or Google Pay.

My promo code isn’t working
We are sorry you are experiencing difficulties with one of our discount codes. There are a few things that could be causing this:
The discount code may not be valid on the items in your basket. Not all of the promotional discounts we offer are across all items on our website and can sometimes be for certain sellers, brands or categories. Double-check the terms of the promo code you are using to ensure the items in your basket are included.
The code may have been entered incorrectly. To help ensure there is no issue, we would recommend copying and pasting the code into the promo code field. Always double check there are no additional spaces before or after the code.
The code may be single-use and may have already been used. In this case, we would recommend double-checking the terms outlined when you were provided with the code.

When will I be charged for my order?
The time at which you will be charged for your order will depend on the payment method you selected at checkout.
If your card is authorised, the payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.
If you have selected one of our Buy Now, Pay Later payment options, you will pay for part of the order immediately. You will then be sent an invoice within 24 hours of your order being placed. Your invoice will include details of when payment is due.
If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken.
Please remember that even if a payment isn't authorised, it may look like Secret Sales has still taken the money as some card issuers may still reserve the money, for a short period of time.
