Extended Christmas returns
Purchases made from 22nd October can be returned by 15th January.
Orders placed from 17th December will benefit from our usual 30 days.
Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return a product if you have changed your mind.
The item must be in its original condition, with labels attached. For more detailed information on our refund policy and any exclusions click here.
Returns are chargeable at £4.00 per order. If you're returning to more than one seller, click here to ensure you only pay once.
The cost of your chosen returns label will be deducted from the first return processed on your order. Subsequent items returned from within the same order will be free of charge
All our return carriers offer a fully tracked service.
How to create a return

Step 1: Click on the ‘My Orders’ section in your Secret Sales account or click here. |

Step 2: Simply Select the order you wish to return. |

Step 3: The item(s) you ordered will be grouped by the trusted seller(s) which dispatched them. Click ‘Returns’ next to the item(s) you wish to return first. |

Step 4: Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose a reason why. |
 |
Step 5: Finally, Select a courier service to smoothly handle your return(s). Once selected, we will email your returns label/QR code to you. |

That's it! If you have other items to return, simply repeat the process above. |
Important information
Hold tight! It can take up to 10 days for your refund to be processed after receipt in the warehouse.
You will be notified by email when this has been processed. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to show on your account, depending on your bank.
PLEASE NOTE: To help ensure there's no delay with your refund, please ensure there's a note/piece of paper inside your parcel that confirms the order number.
Your delivery fee is only refunded if your full purchase is returned within 14 days of placing the order.
