Return Policy
You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return a product if you have changed your mind.
The item must be in its original condition, with labels attached. For more detailed information on our refund policy and any exclusions click here.
Returns are chargeable at £3.50. All our return carriers offer a fully tracked service.
How to Return
Click ‘My Orders’ section of my account and simply click ‘Return’ next to the order you’d like to return. At this point, you’ll be directed to our Returns portal where you can select your return courier and purchase a label (details of the returns options are provided below).
Please note that if your order was delivered in separate parcels, it is likely that they were sent to you from different trusted sellers. For more information relating to multi-seller returns, click here. You will have to complete the above step for every seller return.
Hold tight! It can take up to 10 days for your order to be processed after receipt in the warehouse. You will be notified by email when this has been processed. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to show on your account, depending on your bank.
