How long can I take to return an item?
To help you shop with confidence over the festive season, our extended Christmas returns will be active from 22nd October. Any purchases made between this date and 17th December can be returned by 15th January.
Orders placed from 17th December onwards will benefit from our standard 30 day returns policy.

PLEASE NOTE: To help ensure there is no delay with your refund, please ensure there is a note/piece of paper inside your parcel that confirms the order number.
