How long can I take to return an item?

To help you shop with confidence over the festive season, our extended Christmas returns will be active from 21st October. Any purchases made between this date and 2nd December can be returned by 31st January.

We’re proud to offer a 60 day returns period all year round! Any orders placed from 3rd December onwards will benefit from 60 days to return.

PLEASE NOTE: To help ensure there is no delay with your refund, please ensure there is a note/piece of paper inside your parcel that confirms the order number.
