Why am I receiving more than one delivery?

If you’ve purchased multiple items from different sellers, you will receive multiple parcels. You’ll be notified of the split delivery at checkout and you’ll also receive separate emails to confirm the status of each one. 

You’ll receive a dispatch email for each parcel that is dispatched. The email will confirm what items are in the parcel and the relevant tracking number for you to monitor its progress.

All information about your orders, including the tracking number once it’s been dispatched, will be under the ‘Orders’ tab on your account.
