When will I receive my refund?
Once the trusted seller has received the returned order, they will do everything they can to process the refund straight away, however, please allow up to 10 days from the day of receipt.
We’ll send you a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. The funds will arrive with you via the original payment method in up to 5 working days, depending on your bank.

If there has been an issue with your return, there are some time limits to raise queries with your chosen courier.
You'll receive tracking details from the courier when you process your return. We would recommend you keep an eye on progress to ensure there's no delay.
- DPD: You must notify us within 14 days of you handing your parcel to DPD.
- Royal Mail: You should notify us within 30 days of handing the parcel to Royal Mail.
If we receive a lost return dispute outside of the above time periods, it is unlikely we will be able to consider your request.
