What courier do you use and how long will it take?
Standard delivery is within 3 to 5 days of the order being placed.
Selected items are delivered in 1-3 days.
A small number of items are sourced from our trusted luxury suppliers and may take 5-7 days.
The exact delivery dates for all items are displayed clearly at the add to basket button when you select your product and throughout checkout, so you always know exactly when you will receive your order.
We use a large network of couriers to ensure you receive your order when you're expecting it. Each of our specially selected and trusted marketplace sellers will have carefully nominated their own couriers to ensure their products get to you safely and efficiently.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email notification to let you know. The email will confirm the tracking details for the selected courier, which you can use to track your order in transit.
