If you receive a faulty or damaged item please get in touch with us as soon as possible; preferably including a photo of the damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Items received damaged should be reported to us within 14 days of delivery. Claims raised after this time may be difficult to investigate further and may result in disappointment.
