The email may have been moved straight to your junk or spam folder by your email provider; double check there first. If you find the email in the junk or spam folder, there’s usually a button you can select to move the email (and future emails) back into your main inbox.
There might be an error with the email address entered at checkout. Log in to your account using your correct email address to see whether your order shows on your account page.
Your order may be under review by our payment system. To help ensure the security of our customers some orders are selected for review. There’s no reason to worry, you’ll receive an email as soon as the order is pushed through.
If you haven’t received your order confirmation email within 12 hours of placing the order, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our team. We would recommend giving as much information as possible for us to locate your order (your email address and delivery postcode are particularly helpful).
