Before you get in touch, it’s worth checking to see whether the item you’re missing is arriving in a separate parcel.
The easiest way to check this is to log into your account here and view your active orders. You’ll notice you’ll have a separate order number for each of our trusted sellers that you’ve purchased from. If you select each order number, you’ll be given a list of the items included in the parcel and the relevant tracking number.
It’s possible that the item you’re missing was out of stock and the seller refunded it. Once again, you can check this by logging in to your account here and selecting the order you’re after. It will confirm if a refund has been issued.
