If you don't have a printer to generate a label on our returns portal, there's no need to worry. You can handwrite the address and attach it to the parcel; then you'll just need to drop it to a courier of your choosing.
Simply follow the steps outlined in the ‘How do I process a return?’ article, ensuring you generate the no-carrier label for each order you’d like to return. You’ll then be provided with each return address for each of your returns, which you can handwrite and attach to the parcel and take to your chosen courier.
To help identify your order, we would recommend popping a note inside the parcel that confirms your order number.
