I do not have a printer
If you do not have a printer to generate a label on our returns portal, there is no need to worry. We offer a paperless service provided by Royal Mail.
Simply process your return as normal, then select the paperless option when you're presented with the courier choice.
Package your parcel as usual and take it to the designated Royal Mail drop-off point (the portal will list your nearest shops) and use the QR code to print your label in-store.
