I do not have a printer
If you do not have a printer to generate a label on our returns portal, there is no need to worry. We have recently expanded the returns options on our portal with the addition of the Evri Print in Store service.
Simply follow the steps outlined in the How do I process a return? article, ensuring you select the Evri Print in Store option. You will then be provided with a QR code, which will also be emailed to you.
Package your parcel as usual and take it to the designated Evri drop-off point (the portal will list your nearest shops) and use the QR code to print your label in-store.
Please note that Evri is not available for all returns. If it does not show when you select the item you would like to return, we would recommend you use the No Carrier label and select a paperless courier of your choosing.
