How do I use the returns portal?
Select the order you'd like to return from the ‘My Orders’ section of your 'My Account'.
Click the returns button next to one of the items you'd like to return. If multiple items arrived in one of your packages, you'll see the items grouped together in the portal.
Select the items you'd like to return and the reason you are returning them to us.
Search by postcode, street or address to find your nearest drop-off point. You'll still have the option to choose which carrier you’d like to return your order with, but you can make a decision based on convenience.
Print your label, secure it to the parcel and take it to your chosen drop-off point. Remember to get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
If you received your items in multiple packages, you'll need to repeat the above steps for each package you received, that you'd like to return. You’ll be given a returns label with the correct address for each package and a list of which items can be sent in this package.
The seller will only be able to issue a refund if the item is sent to the correct address.
Important information
Hold tight! It can take up to 10 days for your refund to be processed after receipt in the warehouse. You will be notified by email when this has been processed. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to show on your account, depending on your bank.
PLEASE NOTE: To help ensure there's no delay with your refund, please ensure there's a note/piece of paper inside your parcel that confirms the order number.
