Guest returns
Enter your order number and delivery postcode in the form to the right of this box, ensuring you include the full order number that was sent to you in your dispatch email.
You must use the order number sent to you in the dispatch email as this has a unique identifier.
You'll find the full order number in each of your dispatch emails. For your reference, the order number follows this format: M001234567-a-A.
You'll then be redirected to the returns portal where you can follow the steps to generate a label.
Returning items from the same package
Once you've accessed the portal using the steps above, you'll see all of the items linked to the unique identifier. These items can all be returned in the same package. Select the items you'd like to return and follow the portal's instructions.
Returning items from multiple packages
You'll need to access the portal using the steps above for each package, using each order number from the relevant dispatch email. You'll see all of the items linked to this package and these items can all be returned in the same package. Select the items you'd like to return and follow the portal's instructions.
Important information
Hold tight! It can take up to 10 days for your order to be processed after receipt in the warehouse. You will be notified by email when this has been processed. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to show on your account, depending on your bank.
To help ensure there's no delay with your refund, please ensure there's a note/piece of paper inside your parcel that confirms the order number.
No returns button next to my order
If no returns button shows next to your order while logged in to your account, you can follow these quick steps.
Step 1 - Enter your order number and delivery postcode in the form to the right of this text box.
Remember: your order number will not be recognised unless it is complete and includes the suffix. You'll find the full order number in each of your dispatch emails. For your reference, the order number follows this format: M001234567-a-A.
Step 2 - Select the items you’re returning and the reason you are returning them to us. If your order was delivered in separate parcels, it is likely that they were sent to you from different trusted sellers. Click here. for more information relating to multi-seller returns. You will have to complete this step for every seller return.
Step 3 - Search by postcode, street or address to find your nearest drop- off point. You will still have the option to choose which carrier you’d like to return your order with, but you can make a decision based on convenience.
Step 4 - If you have a printer then print your label, if you do not you will have to choose the no label option and handwrite the return address on the parcel, please add your delivery note or order number in the parcel so that it can be easily identified. Ensure you remove or cover the original delivery label to avoid any confusion in transit.
Step 5 -Take your parcel to your chosen drop off. Remember to get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
Step 6 - Repeat steps 1 to 5 for each parcel you’d like to return. You’ll be given a returns label with the correct address for each parcel. The seller will only be able to issue a refund if the item is received to the correct warehouse.
