Do I pay for returns?

Returns are chargeable at £4.00 per order.

We aim to make it an easy and simple process for you and there are 3 available services:

Evri

- Parcelshop Drop Off - return through your local Evri store in over 4,500 locations

- Print in store option available, just in case you do not have a printer (currently unavailable)

- Collect from home (printer required)

OR

DPD 

- DPD pick up – return through over 2,500 DPD pick up stores across the UK

OR 

Royal Mail 

- Return through your local Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point in over 12,500 locations

- No printer required, simply create a QR code by clicking the link and follow the instructions

- Open 7 days a week, early until late

Please note that not all of the above services will be available for all sellers; options are available depending on item type and value.
