Tall Striped Distressed Knitted Jumper

Bold block stripes run across the chest and down the sleeves in a wide, irregular pattern - the kind of stripe that reads as a statement rather than a background detail. Distressed finishing at the hem adds a deliberately worn edge, stopping the stripe from feeling too nautical and keeping it firmly in streetwear territory. The relaxed fit sits generously through the shoulders and chest, with sleeves that run long and bunch slightly at the wrist - a lived-in drape that works with the overall aesthetic. A chunky waffle-style knit construction gives the fabric real body and texture, visible across the torso and ribbed cuffs and hem. Cut specifically for tall frames, with proportions - sleeve length, body drop, stripe placement - that sit correctly on a 6'3" build rather than pulling short. Weekend dressing is where this jumper does its best work. The kind of Saturday that starts with a coffee run and ends at a mate's place - it handles both without overthinking it. The distressed hem keeps things casual and grounded, so there's no need to dress it up. The model wears it with light-wash wide-leg jeans, which is the right call - the volume of the knit balances well against a looser trouser rather than a slim cut. Swap in cargo trousers or straight-leg denim and the result is much the same. Trainers are the natural finish here; a chunky sole adds to the overall weight of the look. Layer an overshirt or coach jacket on top if the weather calls for it - the long sleeves and substantial knit mean it sits neatly underneath without bunching. A clean crew neck tee underneath works on colder days without disrupting the stripe across the chest.
