Elizabeth Arden design house launched Sunflowers in 1993 as a floral fruity fragrance for women. It was created by David Apel who created a fragrance that is really best worn in Summer. The fragrance boasts a fruity opening, with notes of Melon, Peach, Lemon, Mandarin Orange and Bergamot, alongside Orange Blossom and Brazilian Rosewood. The heart of the fragrance is where the florals come in, with middle notes consisting of Cyclamen, Osmanthus, Rose, Jasmine and Orris Root. At the base of the fragrance we get a woodier finish, with notes of Amber, Cedar, Musk, Oakmoss and Sandalwood. The fragrance is clean, fruity, and borders on tropical at times. This is a happy, care free and inoffensive scent, making it perfect for the office, especially in Summer.
