Designed to line, define and fill the lips, this versatile sharpenable pencil combines the precision of a liner with the coverage of a lipstick. The Power Pigment Complex, a blend of pure pigments suspended in emollient oils, glides on smoothly before setting to a lightweight, velvety-matte finish. Apply to bare lips, tracing the outer perimeter to define the lip line, then fill in the centre for rich, saturated colour. Allow a few moments for the formula to set.
