Parfums De Marly Haltane Eau de Parfum 200ml

Parfums de Marly Haltane Eau de Parfum is a sophisticated Woody Aromatic fragrance created for men who appreciate refined scents with a distinctive combination of freshness, spice and rich woody warmth. Launched in 2021, Haltane offers a modern interpretation of traditional masculine perfumery, bringing together aromatic herbs, sparkling citrus, indulgent praline, precious oud and elegant cedar. Particularly suited to autumn and winter, this fragrance is designed primarily for daytime wear, making it an excellent choice for both everyday sophistication and more polished occasions. The fragrance opens with an invigorating blend of lavender, clary sage and bergamot. Lavender introduces a clean, aromatic freshness with a subtly floral character, immediately giving the composition a refined quality. Clary sage adds an herbal and slightly earthy facet, creating texture and depth within the opening. Bergamot provides a bright citrus lift, bringing freshness and brightness to the aromatic combination. Together, these top notes create a crisp and sophisticated introduction that feels effortlessly masculine. As Haltane develops, the heart reveals a delicious contrast of saffron and praline. Saffron contributes an exotic, warm and subtly leathery spice, adding intensity and luxury to the composition. Praline introduces a smooth gourmand sweetness, creating an enticing contrast with the dry aromatic opening. This combination gives the fragrance a distinctive personality, balancing spicy sophistication with an indulgent sweetness that gradually leads into the deeper base. The dry-down is built around two powerful and elegant woods: agarwood (oud) and cedar. Oud provides a rich, deep and slightly smoky character, giving Haltane its luxurious depth and distinctive presence. Cedar adds a dry, refined woody quality that provides structure and balance. Together, these base notes create a sophisticated foundation that feels warm, polished and enduring, while allowing the sweeter praline and spicy saffron facets to remain subtly present. Haltane is particularly well suited to fall and winter daytime wear, when its aromatic opening and rich woody base can develop beautifully in cooler temperatures. It is versatile enough for professional environments, business meetings and daytime events, while its luxurious character also makes it an excellent choice for special occasions. The fragrance offers enough depth to feel distinctive without being limited exclusively to evening wear. The overall composition creates an appealing contrast between fresh aromatics, warm spice, gourmand sweetness and deep woods. Parfums de Marly Haltane Eau de Parfum is a confident and elegant fragrance for men who enjoy complexity and sophistication. From its bright bergamot opening and aromatic lavender to its saffron and praline heart and powerful oud-cedar dry-down, Haltane offers a memorable scent journey with a distinctly luxurious character. For those looking for a refined cold-weather fragrance that combines traditional woody elegance with modern gourmand touches, Haltane is an excellent choice. Its distinctive balance of freshness, spice, sweetness and woods makes it a versatile addition to a sophisticated fragrance collection. How to Apply: Spray Haltane Eau de Parfum onto clean, dry skin, focusing on pulse points such as the wrists, neck, behind the ears and inner elbows. For a softer and more diffused effect, lightly mist the fragrance into the air and walk through it. Avoid rubbing the fragrance into the skin, as this can affect how the notes develop. Begin with a few sprays and adjust according to your preference. Reapply during the day as desired, particularly before an important occasion or evening event.
