How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched by the trusted seller, you’ll receive an email confirmation to let you know. The email will confirm what items are included in the parcel and the relevant tracking details.

Please note that the first update with the courier is usually within 24 hours of them receiving the parcel. You’ll also receive email updates with estimated delivery dates.

You can also view all of your active orders on your account page here. Once the order has been dispatched, you’ll be able to view the tracking link accordingly.
