Why don't we have a telephone number?
At Secret Sales we don’t have a call centre and all of your queries and concerns are dealt with by a team of Customer Success Advocates and, therefore, we’re not in a position to handle a high volume of calls.
We’re an online platform and, while you may receive an automated response to gather your information/query, all of our contact channels are manned by human staff who are here to help you!
